William Daniel Higgs

HIGGS, William Daniel March 28, 1955 January 26, 2013 William beloved husband of Elaine Higgs passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 57 years. He is survived by his brothers Edward (Liz) and Walter (Teri); nieces Nicola and Breanna; Elaine’s children Dan and Christina. He was predeceased by his parents Dan and Gertie Higgs. Will was born in Olds and lived in many towns across western Canada. He developed multiple skills throughout life and was always a handy person with a wide ranging interests and talents. His sense of humor will be greatly missed. A Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 24 Street Chapel (10923 -24 Street SW, Calgary) on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 11:00a.m. The family wishes to thank the staff of Tom Baker Cancer Centre and of the Peter Lougheed Hospital for their compassionate care over the past year.
