Very sadly, WILLIAM (BILL) MARK NICHOLL passed away September 13, 2018 after a short battle with Mesothelioma. Bill was born to Bill and Pat Nicholl in Jasper AB, December 01, 1964. Bill grew up attending and graduating from Jasper Elementary and Jr.-Sr. High School. He went on to graduate from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with a degree in Finance in 1988. While he attended BYU, he travelled much and was very successful on the Cougars Golf Team. Once he had graduated, he joyfully, served a two year mission for the Church of Latter Day Saints in various areas of Arizona. Bill had a gift and love for teaching golf and assisted many in improving their golf game. He adored his family and leaves behind his 4 beloved children, Austin, Kaylene, Mason and Rachel (Kelowna, BC). He is survived by his Mother, Pat Nicholl (Jasper, AB); his beautiful wife, Jeanine Nicholl, (Calgary, AB); his sister Linda Nicholl (Bob Tollovsen) (Big White, BC); and Barbara Allen (Sherwood Park, AB). Throughout his illness and transition, he was lovingly supported and assisted by Sean and Warren Allen. He is dearly loved by MANY nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and nephews. He also has a lot of loving, fun, cousins, aunts and uncles who helped to make him who he was. There are far too many of his closest friends to list….you know who you are. The ceremony to honour Bills life will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Royal Oak Chapel (81 Royal Elm Drive NW, Calgary) on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 3:30 pm. There will be a gathering following the service to visit and share the memories of Bills life. Refreshments will be served.
Bills life enriched us all and in his passing, leaves a huge hole in our hearts and lives. He is sorely missed. Bless you on your journey, Bill, we love you.
