William Broens passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at the age of 85 years.
Bill is survived by his companion; three children; and four grandchildren.
Bill lived his life to the fullest as he had many interests and talents. In his younger years he raced motorcycles. He was a car enthusiast and a mountain biker who loved to spend time in the mountains. Music was Bill’s love from early childhood. He was an accomplished violinist who played as a volunteer for the Royal Canadian Legion as well as the Calgary Civic Symphony. He played violin from childhood right up until the time of his passing. Bill had many talents and was known to do everything to the absolute best of his ability.
Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
