William Arthur Morrison

William (Bill) Morrison was a wonderful man, a loving husband and loving father. Throughout his life, he always put the needs of his family before his own. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was exceptionally well-studied in its teachings. He was a truly charitable person who provided service in many different capacities including serving as a Temple Worker in both the Cardston Alberta Temple and then the Calgary Alberta Temple. He had a love of music and enjoyed all aspects of it from playing harmonica and guitar, to building instruments, to playing in a band, to creating songs on a computer. Bill and his wife Cherie left a wonderful legacy of family with 6 children, 23 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Bill was greatly loved by his family and friends and he will be greatly missed.

A Funeral Service will be held for William at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – 17th Ave. Stake Centre (2021 17 Ave SW, Calgary) on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 11:00 am with visitation at 10:00am. Interment to follow services at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
