The family is greatly saddened to announce that on July 12, 2014 Bill Van Oosterhout of Calgary, Alberta, age 61, passed away peacefully at home. Bill is remembered by his loving wife of 40 years Lorraine Van Oosterhout, sons Jason and Stephen Van Oosterhout of Calgary and daughter Christina Van Oosterhout of Didsbury. He is also survived by grandchildren Nathan, Kyler and Ashley Van Oosterhout and Cheryl-Lee Evans; his sister Cory Ditchfield and brother Gary Van Oosterhout, both of Calgary. Bill was predeceased by his parents Wilhelmina Van Heeren and Gerardus Wilhelmus Van Oosterhout and a brother Rick Van Oosterhout. A Funeral Service will be held at the Canadian Reformed Church (18 Hart Estates Blvd. N.E.) on Thursday July 17, 2014 at 11:00 am with viewing prior. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Pierson’s Funeral Services (4121 17 Ave. S.E. 403-235-3602).
