Vionne Anne Horobec

Horobec, Vionne Anne (nee Allan) December 13, 1936 – June 5, 2013 Vionne Horobec passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Clifton Manor at the age of 76 years. She will be dearly missed by children Jan Watson, Gay Bowman, Todd Watson, Carey Horobec and Kaylynn Miller; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Vionne was born in Dawson Creek, BC, raised in Sweetwater, AB and moved to Calgary while still in school. While raising her family she lived in Ontario and a variety of other locations in Canada returning to Calgary. During the past number of years, she was living in BC to be close to family. Vionne had an artistic nature and was a beautiful floral designer and artist. She enjoyed camping, playing cards and spending time with her family. She had a big heart, a beautiful smile and could always see the good in people. A Family gathering and cremation will be held. If friends desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Parkinson’s Society, #102, 5636 Burbank Cres. SE Calgary, T2H 1Z6.
