Valerie Shepherd passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the age of 50 years. Valerie was survived by her loving daughter Alissa; son-in-law Michael, grandchildren Zachary and Sierra. She is also survived by her sister Arlene (Randy) and Gwen (Gary); brothers Ken and Darcy (Carol). Valerie will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; Valerie has gone to meet her parents both of whom predeceased her. A Memorial service will be held at Pierson’s Garden of Peace Chapel (16 Avenue and Garden Rd/100 Street NE) Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family at www.piersons.ca.
