Tara Jamieson passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the age of 30 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her companion Daryn Hornberger; canine kids Bella and Winston; mother Jennifer Jamieson; siblings, Marshal, Tristan and Dusty Geyer; niece Charlee; best friends Deirdre Woodward and Sean Harney; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents. Tara was born in Richmond, BC and raised in both Mission and Chilliwack, BC. In more recent years she has lived in Edmonton and finally Calgary, AB where she started her own business “Lauren Lane Dcor.” Tara loved her family, her dogs, the outdoors and shopping. She was well known for her work in restoring antique furniture and it truly was her passion. Funeral services will be held for Tara at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, East Stake Centre, 7017 California Blvd. NE, on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Following the funeral services, a Celebration of Tara’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Lauren Lane Dcor, 4020 15 A Street SE.
