FORDHAM, Tami Jean (nee Brouse) January 1, 1962 July 27, 2012
Tami passed away peacefully at the age of 50, surrounded by her loving family. She will be forever remembered by her husband, Henry Blake Fordham “Kelly Jay”; her children, Shawna (Dan), Bella (Scotty), Henry, and Brandon; her grandchildren, Lacey and Leo; her siblings, Linda, Peggy (Dan), John (Wendy), Brian (Lorraine), Debbie (Dave), Faith (L.T.), and Darryl (Jan); her god-daughters, Susan and Jackie; Al “Papa” Kopiak; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Mardie and John, and her brother Dwight. Tami will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank EMS and First Responders for their care towards Tami. Celebration of Life to be held at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121-17 Ave S.E.) on Wednesday, August 1 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Missing Children Society of Canada (Suite 219, 3501 – 23 Street NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 6V8).
