Susan Hager passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the age of 72 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 55 years Edward Hager; children, Debra (Glen) Mohan, Wayne (Janice) Hager and Wendy (Donald) Teare; grandchildren, Trish, Steven (Stephanie), Tyler (Alanda), Jeffrey, Adrienne (Kevin), Stephanie and Sara; great grandchildren, Tianna, Tyson and Keegan; three sisters and one brother; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her son Terry and grandson Trevor. Susan was born in the family home near Grimshaw, Alberta where she lived until the age of nine. The family then moved to Calgary, which has been her home ever since. A Memorial Service will be held to honor Susan’s life at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 17 Avenue SE, on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to either the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, c/o Alberta Cancer Foundation, 1331 – 29 Street NW, Calgary, AB, T2N 4N2, or, Southwood Hospice, 211 Heritage Drive SE, Calgary, AB, T2H 1M9.
