Simon Madhew Marial

Simon Marial passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025 in Brooks, Alberta. He was 55 years of age.

Simon is survived by his father, Madhieu Lual Athian; and siblings, Manyang Madhieu Lual Athian & Ayak Madhieu Lual Athian. He is predeceased by his mother, Achol Kuanac Malek.

A Funeral Service will be held for Simon at Pierson's Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 - 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 5:00pm

Reception will take place after the funeral ceremony at Forest Heights Community Association (4909 Forego Ave. SE, Calgary) from 5:00pm to 8:00pm

The burial place is in Tonj, South Sudan.
