Sandra “Sandy” Jean Lowther

Sandy Lowther passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the age of 67 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 49 years Robert Lowther; children Shauna (Greg) Friesen, of Swift Current, SK, and Scott (Angela) Lowther, of Calgary, AB; grandchildren Erik, Jordan, McKenna and Callie; siblings Richard (Wendy) Pennell, of Shelburne, NS, and Karen (Roland) Gauthier of Dutch Settlement, NS; brother-in-laws Art (Shirley) Lowther, of Calgary, AB, and Edward (Yvonne) Lowther, of Abbotsford, BC; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Frank & Denise Pennell. Sandy’s family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Dulcina Hospice for the excellent care she received while in their care. A Funeral Service will be held for Sandy at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Royal Oak Chapel (81 Royal Elm Drive NW, Calgary) on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11:00 am.
