Ruth Oberhammer, nee Keil passed away on Wednesday January 13, 2021 at the age of 89 years.
Ruth is predeceased by a daughter, Judy Dwinnell; and two brothers, Albert & Robert. She is survived by her husband, Clifford; 4 children, Donna (Joe) Poirier, Debbie (John) Goosen, Dale (David) Whitford & Jody Oberhammer; 12 grandchildren including Judy-Marie (Guy) Cormier who took care of her in her last years; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Dorothy Thacker & Esther McFarlane; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held for Ruth at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Tuesday January 19 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. Please note: Due to gathering restrictions, a maximum of 20 people will be permitted at a time. The Funeral Ceremony will take place on Wednesday January 20, 2021 at 11:00 am.
