Robert Turning Robe

Robert (Bob) Turning Robe aka. (LaFrance) June 7, 1943- March 22, 2013 Robert was born on June 7, 1943 in Gleichen, AB and passed away peacefully at his home in Calgary, Alberta March 21, 2013. Robert is survived by his most cherished and only son Ian and family, best friend and brother Jeff and family, beloved sister Marilyn and family, along with numerous nephews, nieces and all of their extended family members. Although Robert lead a life of many difficult roads travelled, we take peace and comfort knowing he has now gone home to join his Mother Helen, Father Gerald, Brothers Frankie and Bobby and his nephew Dylan as well as numerous friends and family on their eternal journey, he will be continuing to watch over and keep us safe. Family and friends are invited to join us in remembrance at Pierson’s funeral home 4121 17th Ave SE Calgary, Alberta. Tuesday, April 9, 2013 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of one’s choice.
