Robert Patrick O’Donnell

It is with much sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Rob O’Donnell who passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the age of 45 years. Rob will always be remembered as a gentle, loving, giving, funny, artistic and caring man. His warm smile, big hugs and infectious laugh touched all who knew him. His love of animals and kind soul will not be forgotten. Rob will be dearly missed by all family and friends that were blessed to know him; including his cats Mr. Man and Mao. Rob, you will forever live on in the hearts and memories of those who remain. We all wish you peace.

Rob is survived and lovingly remembered by his daughter, Kiara McGarrigle; his mother, Janette (Bruno) Sjoblom and father, Charles (Betty) O’Donnell; his sisters, Pierrette (Mike Rabel) O’Donnell and Kerry Anne (Todd) Stewart; his nephew, Aidan O’Donnell; and his nieces, Allison, Lennon and Maggie Stewart. He is also survived by and will be dearly missed by a countless number of friends and relatives.

Funeral Services will be held for Rob at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Dr SE, Calgary) on Saturday, June 3, 2017 with Blessing and Prayers at 12:30 pm. A Celebration of his life will follow at 1:00 pm in the parish hall.
