Robert Gordon Haines

It is with very heavy hearts that the family of Robert Gordon Haines announce his passing in the early hours of December 23, 2025 at Calgary South Health Campus. He was 81 years of age. 

Gord was a born and raised Calgarian to Robert & Alice Haines. He is survived by his loving partner of 46 years, Gail; sister, Glenda (Rob); brother, Larry (Joan); nephews, Everett & Johnathan and niece, Jennifer. 

Gord was employed for over 29 years as a hydrometric technician by Water Survey of Canada. He was a huge sports fan and golfed and curled for as long as he was able. He was especially proud of the many friends he made as a member of the Old Timers Curling League.
