Richard Joseph Nienaber

Richard Nienaber passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023 at the age of 69 years.

Rick will be lovingly remembered by his children, Regan (Gavin), Scot (Dawna) & Matthew (Melissa); grandchildren, Bradley, Sienna, Leighton, Hudson, Barrett, Asher, Amelia & Rowan. He is predeceased by his wife, Donna Lynn.

Rick was born in Humboldt, SK to John and Johanna Nienaber. He came from a large family with many siblings. Rick and Donna were a loving couple with open hearts. They grew their family and have left a beautiful legacy in their children and grandchildren.

Rick had a positive outlook, even after receiving his cancer diagnosis. His heart was full of love and he always rooted for the underdog. He believed in helping anyone who needed it, even if it meant putting himself in a tough spot. Rick was one of a kind. He will be missed by not just by his family but the huge number of people he impacted along the way.

Rick will be laid to rest in the spring beside his wife and other extended family members in the Luseland Cemetery.
