It is with sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Patricia Boxall in Calgary on January 21, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Born in the UK, April 13, 1939, Pat moved to Calgary April 1976 with her husband and three daughters.
Pat is survived by her daughters, Linda Boxall (Danny Rostotski), Susan Beaurgard (Steve) and Lisa White (Mike) and grandchildren, Dustin, Nick and Sarah White, Haley Rostotski and Amy Beaurgard, and great grandson Dominic Vallee. She is also survived by family in the UK, sisters’ Maureen Caffel and Marion Langford, and her brother Doug Caffel and their families.
Pat was predeceased by her loving husband Ted (Edward) in 1998 as well as her sister Margaret Thomas, brother Bill Caffel, and parents Charles and Maude Caffel.
Pat was all that most of us aspire to be in life, kind, caring, compassionate with a great sense of humor. During her illness she still captured the hearts of her caregivers with her lovely nature and we thank the George Boyack staff for their wonderful care and support. In Lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donation be made in Patricia’s name to the Alzheimer’s Society of Calgary (www.alzheimercalgary.ca/get-involved/donate-now) or the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca/en/donate/region=ab&s_srx=cancer.ca-navbar-en).
A private family memorial will take place at a later date.
