DEPUE, Norman (Dick) Richard June 2, 1922 March 26, 2013 Our hearts were broken as Dad, Grampa, and Uncle Dick played out his final game of golf on Wednesday when he passed away peacefully at the Agape Hospice at the age of 90 years. Dick leaves behind his 3 loving sons, Mike (Stacey), Tim (Manon) and Steve (Fran); his 7 grandchildren, Trent, Jade, Travis, Fraser, Yona, Alicia, and Justin; and nieces, JoAnne (John) and Barabara (Jacques). Dick was predeceased by his wife, Marjorie; his sister, Georgia; and his brother, Albert. Dick served during the Second World War with the 431 (Iroquois) Squadron, which later became the Snowbirds. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation and thanks to the wonderful doctors, staff, caregivers and volunteers all involved in Dick’s care at the Agape Hospice. The family is grateful for the care and compassion given to us during this difficult time. In keeping with Dick’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to The Salvation Army Agape Hospice (1302 8th Avenue NW, Calgary, AB, T2N 1B8).
