It is with great sadness the family of Myrtle Bergen announce her passing on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the age of 85 years old.
Myrtle is survived by her three children, Linda Bordal, Debra Boughton and Keith Bergen (Leah); seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and a large extended family. She was pre-deceased by her parents and all siblings, and by her loving husband Corrie in 2018.
A Public Viewing will be held at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121-17 Ave S.E, Calgary) on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 1:00pm with a service for Myrtle to follow at 2:00pm. Friends are welcome to join the family after the service for a reception and a time of remembrance. Myrtle will be laid to rest privately at Mountain View Memorial Gardens in the days following. The family has asked that donations to the
Kidney Foundation
be made in lieu of flowers.
