Muan’A Katende Leonard Kamba

Leonard, a loving husband, father and friend, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 62 years. He was born in Kananga, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He married Marie Mbalayi and they moved to Canada in 2000. Together they raised eight loving children. “He was a very proud dad”. Leonard was a very friendly man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed him, his compassion for people was shown with the choice of his later employment. Leonard greatest joy was spending time with his family. He will be forever remembered and sadly missed by all of those whose lives he has touched. A Funeral Service will be held for Leonard at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 10:00 am.
