Michael Wozniak

Michael Wozniak passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the age of 85 years.

He is survived by his wife, Jean of 60 years; daughter, Jolynne (Bryan) Alger; son, Cory (Alyson); five grandchildren, Victoria, Carter (Belén), Sadie, Claire and Kate; and many nieces and nephews. Michael was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Veda (Hurst) Wozniak; and sisters, Donna Rae Wozniak, and Gayle Salsman.

Michael enjoyed traveling with his wife, visiting the grandkids, gardening and the occasional Costco hotdog. Mike had a testimony of the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed serving his community. He will be missed by all his friends and family.

A Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (940 Acadia Drive SE, Calgary, Alberta) on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A Public Visitation will take place in the Relief Society Room at 10:00 a.m.

A Graveside Service will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens (1605 100 Street Southeast, Calgary, Alberta).
