Mark Andrew Singer passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at his home in Calgary. Born in Calgary on May 18, 1964, Mark led a fulfilling life filled with various interests and hobbies.
Mark had a deep passion for hockey and was a loyal fan of the Calgary Flames. In his younger years, he was known to be athletic and enjoyed participating in all kinds of sports. His adventurous spirit also led him to explore the open road on his street bike and enjoy moments of tranquility while fishing in Saskatchewan.
One of Mark's greatest joys was spending time with all the family pets. He walked his dogs almost every day. His compassionate nature extended to all creatures, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.
Mark is survived by his mother, Bernice; and brothers, Barry, Curtis, Jason, & Philip. He is preceded in death by his father, Rudy.
Mark Andrew Singer will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his work, his love for sports and motorcycles, and above all, his kind heart towards animals. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work and compassion that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Celebration of Mark's Life will be held at the graveside at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024 in the Garden of Everlasting Life, Mountain View Memorial Gardens, 1605 - 100 Street SE, Calgary, Alberta. Following the graveside service, relatives and friends are invited to Shepard Community Hall, 10800 - 84 Street SE, Calgary, Alberta, for a time of fellowship.
