Margaret Ann Martha Bisset

BISSET, Margaret May 27, 1923 – November 9, 2012 Margaret passed away peacefully on November 9, at the age of 89. She is survived by her four daughters, Penny Rouse (Gordon), Dodie Hewitt (Curtis), Peggy Jordet and Patty Harris (Brian); fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and her sister, Shirley Ivie. She was predeceased by her husband, Laurence Bisset; her son, Bill Buchanan; her step-daughter, Lorraine White; her brother and her two sisters. Margaret was born in Scotland, immigrated to Canada as an infant, and raised in southern Saskatchewan. Margaret and Laurie were members of the Forest Lawn Seniors Club for many years and always enjoyed the Saturday night dances. She loved playing cards, crocheting and knitting. A celebration of life will be held at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 17 Avenue SE, Friday November 16, 2012 at 11am. Interment at Queens Cemetery Park to follow.
