It is with great sadness that we announce that our beloved father, son, brother, uncle, friend and husband Mack Lussier; passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024 at the age of 81 years with his son, Marcel by his side.
He will be lovingly remembered by his 6 children, Mack’s daughters, Virginia, Barbara, Anita, Bonnie, and his “baby girl" April; His son, Marcel; Mack’s sister, Ursula (Sulla) Brass; as well as his loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mack will forever have a place in so many hearts. He will be remembered for his kind heart and unwavering love for his family and friends. Mack had a heart of pure gold. With his giving spirit, he was always willing to give the shirt off his back and would help anyone in need.
Mack was larger than life, with a heart to match. His warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone he met. Mack’s love and devotion for his wife, Hope of over 40 years was like no other. His greatest joy in life was watching his children and grandchildren grow and succeed. Mack’s generosity knew no bounds and he consistently put others before himself. He loved to entertain and have the family together to celebrate anything and everything. Mack had a passion for music and had the greatest sense of humor. Whether you knew him as “Muggs” or “Big Mack” his laugh was as big as him and very contagious. Mack truly was a force. His passing has left giant holes in many hearts.
Mack will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him. Rest easy Mack. We love you.
Mack was predeceased by his wife, Hope Zipp; his mother, Sarah Brass; Mack’s siblings, Aldonna McAvoy, Petra Villebrun, Darryl Brass, Valrea Brass and Fredrich Brass.
