Lydia Marohn passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the age of 86 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Edy (Allan) McMillan, Don (Carol) Marohn, Margaret Ste-Croix, and Cathy (Pat) Oakley, 6 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Lydia was “The Pie Making Queen” at church functions. She was famous for her cream pies and apple pies. A Funeral Service will be held for Lydia at Grace Lutheran Church (3610 Sarcee Rd SW, Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00am. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
