Ken Mander, of Surrey, BC, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2014 at the age of 46 years. He is the beloved dad of Cody and Tasha of Calgary, and Andrew of Surrey, BC and their mother Tammy of Calgary; grandfather of Riley Mander; beloved son of Carole Mander; dear brother of seven brothers and sisters David Mander, Edward Mander, Diana Walker (Darren), George Mander, Clifford Mander (Thomas Rose), Gordon Mander and Helene MacFarlane (Robert). Ken is also survived by nieces Ashley (Joe), Tiffany, Kristy, Alison, Kayla, Desiree and Annette; nephews Steven and Bradly; special aunt Margaret, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Ken was predeceased by his father Lloyd Mander, a sister Donna and brother William.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 – 17 Avenue SE on Monday, January 20th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will take place at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel on Tuesday, January 21 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery. If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice or to the family to defray expenses. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family at www.piersons.ca.
