She will be deeply missed by her cherished companion Terry Thompson.

Lisa was born on October 19, 1969 in Toronto, Ontario and moved to Calgary from Milton, Ontario in the early nineties. Her babies filled her life for so many years. And then came the grandchildren that she adored. She loved all of her pets, cats, dogs and even a pig at one point. Her youth was spent riding horses and a few years ago she had her own horse, Gracie. Over the years she worked at many nursing homes in Calgary. Her greatest joy was to be able to care for her nana before she died. She was caring and passionate in everything that she did. Family and friends were always welcome in her home. She was a great cook and had a flare for decorating. Lisa was as beautiful inside as she was out.

“Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I will remember you all. If you can only remember me with tears, then don’t remember me at all.” Laura Ingalls Wilder

A private family service has already been held. Lisa’s ashes will be buried with her Nana in Toronto,

Ontario at a later date.
