Elaine and her husband, George dedicated over five decades of their lives to fostering children, providing them with love, stability and guidance. Elaine's nurturing spirit transformed countless lives, instilling hope and creating a brighter future for so many. Her commitment to fostering was a testament to her boundless love for children and her unwavering belief in the power of kindness.

Beyond her role as a foster parent, Elaine served tirelessly in her community; working with children and family services to advocate for those in need. Her tireless efforts and selfless devotion to helping others have left an indelible mark on the lives of countless individuals and families.

But above all, Elaine was a devoted wife and mother. Her love for her husband and children knew no bounds, and her family was the center of her universe. Her warmth, kindness and unwavering support created a loving home filled with laughter, joy and endless memories.
