Leopold “Leo” Rast

Leo Rast passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the age of 78 Years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years Marion; children Marla (Ed) Hagan, Darcy (Mirella) Rast and Sonja De Coste; grandchildren Brendan, Tierney, Keisha, Reno and Lexi; and other extended relatives in Germany. He was predeceased by his son Trevor. Leo loved his work for the city of Calgary where he spent 37 years. He also loved spending time with his wife and family and will be missed dearly by all of them. A Funeral Service will be held for Leopold at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 pm.
