Leonard Vernon Andersen

Leonard Andersen passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2023 surrounded by his family and friends. At the age of 63.
Leonard is predeceased by his parents, Ronald and Mary. He will be fondly remembered by his children, Mary (Hank), Michael (Amanda), Jayme (Angela), Juston (Patricia) and Jewel (Alex); and ten grandchildren.
Leonard was born and raised in Calgary. He came from a large family and grew up as one of ten siblings – seven boys and three girls. He worked for many years as a contractor. Leonard had a great sense of humour, and loved to make people laugh. He had a big personality and enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family.
A Visitation will be held for Leonard at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Sunday April 16, 2023 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
