Lawrence Bartlett Taylor

Lawrence Taylor was born to Christopher Taylor and Edna May Christian and had three children Paul, Peter, and Sophia before marrying his wife Patricia whom he met in Jamaica. He moved to Canada in 1992. It was here that he married his wife, Patricia. They have shared life together for the past 17 years. Lawrence had 3 children Paul (Virginia) Taylor of Atlanta, GA, Peter (Mama Dia) Taylor of Portland, OR, and Sophia Taylor; and 2 step-children Suzette Morgan, and Leeford Morgan all of Calgary, AB. Lawrence has a total of 7 grandchildren. Lawrence passed away peacefully on February 24, 2016 at the Chinook Hospice in Calgary, AB with his family by his side at the age of 72. He was predeceased by his father, Christopher Taylor. Lawrence was a proud and confident man who was always dressed well and considered to be a very dapper man. He ensured he was always dressed well and look good. He was a guy who liked to be organized and did not procrastinate when it came to getting things done, he liked to work efficiently and was proud of his independence. He truly enjoyed music and held many trophies for being an incredible dancer. When it came to sports, he loved them all. Whether it was golf, cricket, basketball, or any other type of sport he loved them all. He was a successful business owner specializing in cleaning services for 13 years. Lawrence will be missed by his family here in Canada, USA, and back home in Jamaica.
