Laverne Nasheim

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Laverne Nasheim announces her passing on Friday, March 11, 2016 at the age of 79 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, Cheryl, Irene, Richard (Rick), Kandace, Matthew, Janine, Malissa, Adrian, and Cassandra, all of Calgary, AB. Laverne was predeceased by her parents, Hazel and Neil Nasheim; and her sister, Colleen Landree. Laverne loved spending time with her family and friends. She looked forward to weekly outings, summer picnics and barbeques. She truly enjoyed her Coca-cola and popcorn twists as treats. Laverne will be remembered for her sense of humor, stories and her wonderful smile. She will be dearly missed. A Funeral Service will be held for Laverne at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary, on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
