Lance Richard James Larose

Lance LaRose passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at the age of 56 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Diana; step-children Kristen, Cory (Cristina), Courtney, Joshua, Dustin and Jayden; numerous grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews including Cory, Cole and Dillan; brother-in-law Dale Weaver; numerous aunts and uncles including Jeraldine LaRose; numerous cousins; and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by his grandmother Louise LaRose, mother Joanne LaRose and sister Laurie Weaver.

Lance was born and raised in Regina, SK. Lance had a great sense of humour and could make anyone laugh. He enjoyed sports, spending time with his family and loved his pets. Although Diana and Lance knew each other when they were kids, they reconnected 16 years ago and were married. Diana was the love of his life.

A Funeral Service will be held for Lance at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 7:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Calgary Humane Society (
