Krisi Leah Melinda Ferris

On Sunday, July 3, 2022, Krisi Leah Melinda Ferris, beloved wife of Adam Thompson of Calgary, Alberta, passed away at the age of 40 years.

Krisi was born in Edmonton, Alberta, and raised in Calgary. She loved the outdoors, this is where Krisi shone. You could always find her near the river collecting rocks, or tye dying anything that looked “too plain”. Krisi’s biggest accomplishment was her two beautiful daughters. They were her life. She was the kindest soul to everyone Krisi met. Krisi could always make you laugh whenever you needed to smile. Her saviour and high school sweetheart, Adam, was the love of her life. Krisi’s goal in life was to build a cabin on their land in British Columbia where she loved to be.

Besides her loving husband Adam, Krisi will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Alaysia Isabel Ferris (Choice Northwest), Lilly Marie Thompson-Ferris; step daughters Victoria Thompson, Elizabeth Thompson; mother Shirley Marie Ferris; sister Kali Anna Katherine Ferris-Billyard (Rob Sheppard); nephew Jordan Dwane Ferris; and niece Jessika May Marie Billyard.

Krisi was predeceased by her father Dwane Donald Ferris; paternal grandfather Donald Ryan Ferris; paternal grandmother Isabel Ferris; maternal grandfather Mervin Ovid Waldal; and maternal grandmother Wilda Catherine Waldal.
