Joshua Feliciano Fragata

Joshua Fragata passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023 at the age of 27 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Helena and Ezequiel Fragata; His grandparents, Natalia Feliciano and Fernanda Trindade; Joshua’s uncles, Joao De Deus (Lucia) Fragata and Paulo Fragata; his god mother, Maria Lourdes Melo( Jose Manuel) ; as well as his cousins, great-aunts and uncles, second and third cousins.

Joshua was born in Calgary, AB on July 20, 1995. Although Joshua was raised in Calgary, he was very proud of his Portuguese heritage. He loved Portuguese food and hung a Portugal flag proudly on his wall. Joshua was passionate about nature and the outdoors. He loved camping, hiking and hunting with his father. Joshua was intelligent and loved to gain knowledge. He was interested in science, politics and various other topics. Joshua enjoyed computers and could be found gaming with his friends. He had a love for music of all kinds and would share his favorite songs constantly with his mother. Joshua was a loving son and friend. He would always tell his family to treat people with kindness. Joshua will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

A Funeral Service will be held for Joshua at Our Lady of Fatima (English & Portuguese) Catholic Church (4747 – 30 Street SE , Calgary) on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 12:30 pm with a graveside service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens ( 1605 100 St SE, Calgary).
