She was the matriarch of her large, extended family and the one who kept everyone together. She loved spending time in the back yard with her loved ones, hanging out by the pool creating wonderful memories and close relationships. Her other enjoyments in life included playing the piano, classical music, dancing, horseback riding, and reading. Her favourite movie was The Sound of Music, and never missed an episode of her favourite show, Coronation Street. Jo also loved to cheer on her country and favourite local teams. She enjoyed watching football, hockey, figure skating, and the Olympics! Her favourite treat was chocolate at night time or should we say anytime! Jo also loved to travel, some of her most memorable trips include Germany, Nevada and Mexico. She loved the mountains and was often found at her favourite place Johnston Canyon. Jo was kind, loving and cared deeply for the people around her. She made an impact on so many lives and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
