It is with incredible sadness that the family of Lloyd Contois announces his passing on Thursday, October 26, 2017, in Calgary, at the age of 68 years. Lloyd is survived by his mother, Christine Tanner; his children Lovell Contois, Tina Contois, Dawn Contois, and Dennis Trochum; his grandchildren; his 5 brothers and 1 sister; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Lloyd was predeceased by his father Percy Contois; sister Diane Contois; brother Gary Contois; as well as numerous aunts and uncles. Lloyd was the type of man some would refer to as being the salt of the earth, he was always there to help someone in need. A Visitation will be held for Lloyd at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 5pm – 8pm. A Funeral Service will be held for Lloyd at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
