John Thomas Thompson

John Thomas Thompson passed away in Calgary on February 29, 2024. Born in Outlook, SK, John's passion for working on cars was undeniable. His commitment to his craft led him to a successful career in automotive restoration. He was a self-employed, skilled individual, known for his expertise in rust repair and welding. 

Those who had the pleasure of knowing John would describe him as fun-loving, funny, and genuinely soft-hearted. His kind soul left a lasting impact on all who crossed his path. John's hobbies included spending quality time with friends and family, immersing himself in video games, and of course, tinkering under the hood of a car.

In his personal life, John was cherished by his surviving family and friends. He leaves behind his beloved spouse, Christine Castonguay; his brother Robert Thompson; and his mother, June Thompson. Although he is no longer with us, John will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

As we mourn the loss of John Thomas Thompson, we also celebrate the memories he created and the lives he touched. May his legacy of hard work, laughter, and kindness live on through those who knew him best. John will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
