Jennifer Grace Roberts (nee Jensen)

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jennifer Roberts passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024, two days shy of her 48th birthday. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend Michael; daughters Tasha and Jessica; parents Roger and Joanne Jensen, of Medicine Hat; siblings Jeff (Eva) Jensen, Andy (Gloria) Jensen, Amy (Blair) Smethurst, Tessa (Tony) Huber and Zack Jensen; father and mother in law Merril and Maria Roberts; brother and sister in laws; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Taylor Roberts, sister Melissa Gwynn, brother Michael Jensen and sister in law Zaidee Jensen. 

Jennifer was born in Edmonton, AB and raised in Medicine Hat, AB. She met and married the love of her life Michael and while in University they moved to Calgary, AB, which has been their home ever since. Jennifer loved everything Basketball. She also loved watching old movies and anything with superheroes. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of South Health Campus, Unit 66, for the kind and compassionate care they gave to Jennifer and her family at this difficult time. 

A Funeral Service will be held for Jennifer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Willow Park Chapel (940 Acadia Drive SE, Calgary) on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm. The service is being webcasted and can be viewed here: https://zoom.us/j/96657272538. Visitation with the family will take place prior to the service at 1:00 pm. Interment of the cremated remains is taking place at Queens Park Cemetery prior to the service. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the CNIB Foundation (www.cnib.ca).
