Jennifer Joan Armstrong

Jennifer Armstrong passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at the age of 55 years.

She is survived by her children, Kurtis Armstrong-Sinclair of BC, Nancy Sinclair of Calgary & Ariana Sinclair of Edmonton; mother, Mary Stewart; sister, Ruth (Nick) King of Invermere, brother, Antreo Pukay of Portland, OR; aunts, Karen Huggins of Strathmore & Joan Stewart of Vancouver; cousin, Angie Pantelones Johnston; along many close friends and extended family. She is predeceased by her father, Pateh Parsons; and step-father, Bruce Lee Carriere.

Jennifer is a beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend, and member of our family forever. She reflected Christ’s love in the way she lived - she saved lives with her ferocious love, devotion, and generosity of heart. With a heart free of guile, she was genuine in her kindness and had compassion for everyone she met. Jennifer welcomed others without judgment, listened with care, laughed wholeheartedly, and freely encouraged those around her to rise above their current challenges and to look to God and Jesus Christ for hope. She quietly and consistently, reached out to those often forgotten, including writing letters to people in prison, becoming a beloved Auntie to friends' children, and offering hope and friendship to those looked over. A beloved part of our family, "Auntie Jennie" will forever be remembered for her fun, gentle, bold, devoted spirit, unwavering love, and the lasting difference she made in the lives of so many.

Visitation will be held for Jennifer at Pierson's Funeral Service (4121 - 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Tuesday August 11 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm with tributes beginning at 7:00pm
