Jeff passed away unexpectedly on Friday July 4, 2014 at the age of 28 years. He leaves behind his wife Shanelle and their children Chavelle, Auston and Novah; his parents Steve and Sandra Mackey; sisters Kayla and Jordyn as well as his grandparents and numerous other family members. Jeff will be lovingly remembered by all that knew him.
