Janos Kardos

Janos Immigrated to Canada in 1966. He lived and worked in Regina, SK, Ft. McMurray, AB and Calgary, AB. He worked for several years at the Clarion Hotel (formerly named Radisson Hotel and Crossroads Hotel) in Calgary, AB. Janos loved to dance and went to many dance halls in Calgary to fill his dance card. Janos was an outgoing man who made many friends at the dance halls and casinos. He was kind and generous and loved to travel. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017, at 10:00am, at Pierson’s Funeral Service Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 17 Ave SE, Calgary, AB). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Janos’ name to the Canadian Cancer Society (200, 325 Manning Rd NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 2P5, 403-205-3966).
