James Lawrence Francis Brady

Brady, James James(Jim) Brady of Calgary and Canmore, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Born on September 14, 1947 and raised in Rouyn, Quebec, Jim later moved to Calgary where he married Marlene MacMillan, of Winnipeg.Together, they raised their daughter Michele in Calgary, before moving to Canmore several years ago.Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife and daughter.He is predeceased by his parents Roderick and Claire Brady. Jim leaves behind many close friends, with special mention to Pierre Desautels, Anne Pointen, and Fred and Janet Johnston. For those wishing to pay their respects, a Visitation will be held at St. Bonaventure Parish (1600 Acadia Drive S.E., Calgary, AB) on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 1:00pm. Funeral Mass to follow at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to The Alzheimer Society of Canada.
