Jacob 'Jake' Regier

Jake Regier passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at the age of 72 years. 

Jake is survived by his siblings, Mary Braun, Peter Regier, Kathy (Ray) Robertson, Isaac (Helen) Regier and Elizabeth (Andrew) Frank. He is predeceased by his parents, Cornelius and Helen Regier; sister, Susan and brother, John who passed away just this past June.

Jake was born in Burns Lake, BC and grew up in and around Northern British Columbia. Eventually, he moved to Alberta seeking employment. He took up work driving truck and forklift in the warehouse of the Salvation Army. Jake kept in touch with family when he could but was mostly reserved and private. He will be missed by his many siblings, nieces and nephews in Southern Alberta, Winnipeg and Northern BC. He will also be remembered and missed by his friends in Calgary, where he called home for many years.

A private Memorial Service for Jake is being planned for a later date.
