Helen was predeceased by her parents, Romeo and Mary Millaire.

Helen was born on April 30, 1950 in Montreal, Quebec to Romeo and Mary Millaire. As a young child she traveled around the world being part of a military family. The family was stationed in Ontario for a time where Helen attend high school.  During her working years she worked as an orderly in Quebec City, volunteered for many organizations, and ended her career working as a cook at a nursing home. Helen loved playing board games, cards, dancing when she was in her 20’s, and above all bingo! When we think of our mom these words come to mind: persistent, outspoken, stubborn, humorous, had a sweet and gentle smile, creative, loyal, resilient, and modest.

We will miss you very much and you will forever be in the hearts of those that were blessed to know you.
