Gerald Leo Langan

Gerry Langan passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at the age of 65 years. He will be dearly missed by his partner and best friend Ruth Cameron; his daughter Stephanie Langan (Andre) of Los Angeles, CA and her children Jayden, Khloe & London; His sister Kathy Cameron (Robin Johnson) of Calgary; Nephew Jerry Cameron and his children Brooklyn & Cooper; Nephew Wayne Cameron; Step-daughters Kaitlin Gale & her children Amil & Easton; Step-daughter Christine Gale and her children Gabriel, Tyla & Elias; Stepdaughter Nichole Biddlecombe (Robin) and their children Dava & Monique; The Turningrobe family of Siksika; a large extended family; and many friends from the reserve.

Gerry was predeceased by his mother Marilyn Cameron, father Leo Langan, Grandparents Helen & Charles Ryan, grandfather Gerald Turningrobe; brother Robert James Turningrobe and nephew Dylan Cameron.

Gerry was born and raised in Calgary. He was a real jokester and loved making people laugh. He also loved being outside enjoying nature. Sports were a big part of his life, especially following and watching boxing. Gerry also enjoyed music and could play the guitar very well. Gerry was in tune with and appreciated his Native Culture. He loved spending time with those he loved, especially his family, and will be greatly missed by all of them.

A visitation will be held at Pierson's Funeral Home, 4121 - 17 Avenue SE on Wednesday, August 27 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm (Please note change in time) with interment to follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery.
