George Jones passed away after his courageous 3 year battle with cancer on Friday, January 29, 2016 at the age of 51 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his children, Kiara Jones, Bobbi-Jo Jones, Robert Baptie, Amanda Stanley, Michael Stanley and Natasha Stanley; grandchildren, Natalie Castaneda and Beckem Castaneda; best friends and caregivers, Laura Stanley, Brian Chiasson; dog Roxy; and many more family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held for George at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11:00 am. If friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of George to the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca).
