Gary John Fitzpatrick

It is with great sadness that we announce that Gary Fitzpatrick passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the age of 77 years.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Gail Fitzpatrick; two sons, Colin (Tracy) Fitzpatrick and Cory (Corinne) Fitzpatrick; numerous amazing grandchildren and great grandchildren; his brother, Kelly Fitzpatrick along with numerous extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Minnie Fitzpatrick.
The most important thing to Gary was his family… he had a tremendous love for them and was the most amazing grandpa! He had a wonderful sense of humor and every time the grandchildren were on their way to visit him they would say “What is grandpa going to say when we get there!?”
Gary was an amazing athlete and had a great love for sports. He was an avid curler, was watched by scouts to play in the NHL for hockey and was the best back catcher in baseball. He was also a long term member of the Ogden Legion and made many wonderful friends over the years. He will be dearly missed by all who were lucky enough to know Gary.
