Garry Howard Stadnyk

Garry Howard Stadnyk passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, in Calgary, Alberta. He was born on February 22, 1956, in Regina, Saskatchewan. Garry’s life was a tapestry woven with diverse threads of passion, dedication, and love.

Educated at Walter Murray High School, he began a career that spanned multiple professions, thriving as a Radio Jockey, Real Estate Agent, and ultimately finding his calling as a successful Investment Advisor.

Garry was not only known for his professional accomplishments but also for his vibrant hobbies and interests. A phenomenal drum player, he found rhythm both in music and in the game of golf, showcasing his talent and zest for life. His personality radiated warmth, attracting friends and family alike.

He is survived by his loving children: Crystal (Nick) Kirby, Laura (Kale) MacCalder, and Dustin Stadnyk. Garry took pride in his grandchildren, including Savannahrae Stadnyk, Eli Kirby, Max Kirby, Kaleah, Kevilyn, and Shayna.

Garry's siblings—Glenn Stadnyk, Pam Stadnyk, Gerald Stadnyk, Gord Stadnyk, and Greg Stadnyk—share in the grieving of their beloved brother. Preceding him in death were his parents, Walter and Iris Stadnyk, both of whom shaped his foundation and values.

Garry leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance. His playful personality and spirit will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of the many individuals he connected with throughout his remarkable journey. He will remain dearly loved and never forgotten.
